Coordinators act as remote intermediaries between patients and the Manzanera Medical Centre, as this makes it easier to stay in touch with the various departments of the clinic, both medical and administrative, due to the distance involved. They communicate with patients in a common language, which may be English, Italian, French or even Spanish (if they live abroad).
The first contact with the coordinator will take place after the initial request for information, which can be made by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail. At this stage, after receiving the necessary information, the coordinator will advise on the most suitable treatment and/or provide detailed information on the requested treatment.
After this initial contact, the necessary tests and documents will be received in order to carry out the first consultation with the same doctor who will also follow you subsequently. This free, no-obligation consultation can be carried out online (Zoom or WhatsApp) or in person at the centre.
Once the treatment plan has been decided and the information completed, the coordinator will provide the patient with all the information relating to her fertility treatment, both medical and administrative, and will remain in contact to clarify any doubts about the treatment.
During the path, the coordinator will act as a link between the doctor and the patient to guide her in monitoring the treatment, evaluating the results of both the analyses and the ultrasounds, and to resolve any doubts.
Subsequently, once the patient arrives at the MANZANERA MEDICAL CENTRE, the coordinator will accompany her to all appointments with the doctor, nurses and administration, helping her to understand the processes.
The coordinator will do everything possible to ensure smooth communication and facilitate the treatment in a professional, understandable and comfortable manner.
