AZOOSPERMIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The absence of spermatozoids in the ejaculate is denominated as azoospermia and it has several causes.<br \/>\nIt can originate from an obstruction in testicular tubes which blocks the passage of spermatozoids into the ejaculate. In this case, we are speaking about obstructive azoospermia.<br \/>\nAzoospermia can also be the consequence of testicles not producing spermatozoids. This is called secretory azoospermia.<br \/>\nIf you were diagnosed with azoospermia after a sperm test, the first step is to repeat the test after a few days to discard the possibility of a false result.
