Um diese Technik durchzuf\u00fchren, m\u00fcssen die Embryonen in den Blastozystenstadium gebracht und eine Biopsie des Trophoblasts durchgef\u00fchrt werden, wobei Zellen f\u00fcr genetische Analysen entnommen werden. Nach der Analyse werden die Embryonen ohne genetische oder chromosomale Anomalien in die Geb\u00e4rmutter transferiert. Nicht lebensf\u00e4hige Embryonen werden verworfen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die PID wird in folgenden F\u00e4llen empfohlen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ein oder beide Partner sind Tr\u00e4ger einer erblichen genetischen Krankheit.<\/li>\n<li>Ein oder beide Partner tragen eine genetische Anomalie.
